To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Some items are ineligible for refund or exchange, including larger equipment, electronic circuit boards and detergents.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition undamaged in any way. All returned products, if accepted are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
To complete your refund or exchange, please contact the Rhima New Zealand customer support team on 09 414 5575 or by email [email protected] to request authorisation to return the item and to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN#). The RAN# must be quoted on your return package along with a copy of the sales receipt. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s sole expense.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt and, if accepted, Rhima New Zealand will process a refund, less the restocking fee which will be refunded to the original payment method used to purchase the item. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
